The AI Adoption Strategy
What the work actually looks like.
Every AI Adoption Strategy is a custom deliverable. Below is an example so you can see the shape of the analysis before you book a call. It is illustrative, built on a synthetic shop with modeled numbers; the deliverables we build for you run on your own books.
Our example is a fictional company called Mile-High Restoration. It's modeled on real world data to emulate a $2.5 million Denver-metro restoration shop running water, fire, and mold work. Our model found six findings, $331K of annual opportunity identified, $181K recoverable after tool spend, with the three biggest fixes netting about $131K in the first 60 days.
How we build them
- We start with primary research on your trade. Real wage data, industry benchmarks, the software your competitors actually run, and the regulations that apply to your work.
- We build a model for your trade. It puts a defensible dollar figure on each place the shop leaks time or money, with the formula shown on the slide.
- We use your own numbers. We pull them on the call, so every figure on the page traces back to a public source or a number you can confirm.
- We show every fix three ways. Do it yourself, an off-the-shelf tool, or a custom build. We tell you where not to spend, including tools we do not sell.
- We are clear about what AI does and does not do. The software assembles, drafts, and reminds. Your licensed people still make the calls and sign the work.

The Evaluation Presentation
Every finding, with the math shown.
The diagnostic deck we walk you through on the call. Every finding gets its own slide: the dollar figure, the exact formula behind it, and where each number comes from. The opportunity matrix sorts the findings by value and effort, and the money slide nets the whole thing out after tool cost. Nothing on it is a number you have to take on faith.
The AI Adoption Roadmap
Every fix, three ways. Plus where not to spend.
The packet you keep. For every finding, three ways to fix it: do it yourself, an off-the-shelf tool, or a custom build, with the cost and the recovery on each and a plain recommendation, including the places we tell you not to spend. It is yours whether or not you hire us to build any of it.
