The work is fixed-price by complexity and scoped up front, so you know what it costs before we start. When the business changes and you want a hand tuning it, that support is there. It is never required.

What does a custom build cost?
Fixed price by complexity: $2,500 for a simple one-to-two integration build, $4,500 for three-to-five integrations with branching, $7,500 for a multi-step pipeline with AI components, and $12,000 for a multi-system build with retrieval over your data. Optional deploy-and-maintain retainers start at $500 a month.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. We hand you something you own, tested under real load before it goes live and documented so you can run it without us. Every build includes a live training session with your team.
Do I need the assessment first?
No prior assessment required. If you already know the workflow you want built, we can start from the build. The assessment is there for when you are not yet sure what is worth building.
