Ongoing support · Optional, never required

We stay, if you want us to.

Every assessment or build hands you something you can run yourself. When the business changes, a vendor moves an API, or you just would rather not think about it, we are here. Pay only for what you use, prepay a block of hours, put it on a monthly retainer, or bring us on as a fractional AI operations manager. Your call, and never a condition of the work.

Ongoing support for what we build

An automation is not a set-and-forget thing. Inboxes change, logins expire, vendors update their tools, and the business grows into new work. Ongoing support means someone is looking after it as your business moves.

  • Monitoring and error catching, so a silent failure does not cost you for weeks.
  • Credential and login renewals before they expire and break the flow.
  • Fixes when a vendor changes an API or a tool updates underneath you.
  • Small refreshes as your process shifts, within the scope of what is built.
  • A guaranteed first response, so you are never stuck waiting.

A retainer is maintenance only. New features are a Custom Automation and strategy is the AI Adoption Strategy, so the support stays narrow, honest, and cheap.

Three ways we support it

  • Per-incidentQuoted

No commitment. Something breaks, you call, we quote the fix before we touch it. Never a surprise invoice.

  • Hour block$1,500

10 hours prepaid, drawn down as you need them, no monthly bill. 20 hours for $2,800. Best for a larger stack.

  • RetainerFrom $500/mo

Proactive. We watch it, catch errors, and respond first on a guaranteed timeframe. Priced per integration.

Retainers are quoted per integration and finalized after your build is deployed. Software and API costs are billed at cost, in your own accounts.

An AI operations manager on your team

The deepest way to work with us: a fractional AI operations manager embedded with your team. We keep finding and building the next automation, train your people as the tools change, and advise on where the business should lean on AI next. It is the difference between owning a few automations and having someone whose whole job is making AI pay across the operation.

Priced by the size of your team and sold in three-month blocks, so there is real runway to build and measure, never an open-ended contract. Month one is a deep operations assessment; from there it is a steady cadence of building, training, and tuning.

Monthly, by team size · sold in 3-month blocks

  • Micro1 to 9 employees$1,500/mo
  • Small10 to 19 employees$2,500/mo
  • Standard20 to 49 employees$4,000/mo
  • Large50 to 99 employees$6,000/mo

Month one is a deep operations assessment with a quick-win automation built for you. Ongoing features and long-term training are included; third-party costs are billed at cost in your own accounts.

Team training, one session at a time

Not ready for a standing engagement? Book a single training session to get your team fluent on a tool, a workflow, or AI in general. A fixed price, booked when you want it, with anything beyond the session quoted up front.

Fixed price, book as needed

  • Remote session$500

A live 90-minute session over video for your team.

  • On-site session$1,000

A half-day, in person at your office.

Any work beyond a session is quoted up front. We never run the meter.

Ongoing support questions

Do I have to sign up for ongoing support?

No. Everything we build is yours to run, documented so you can keep it going without us. Ongoing support is there for when you would rather not think about it, or when the business changes and you want a hand. It is optional, never required.

How much does a maintenance retainer cost?

A deploy-and-maintain retainer starts around $500 a month for a single integration and scales with how much we are keeping an eye on. Because the real maintenance surface is not clear until the build is live, we quote a starting point with the build and finalize the retainer after it deploys. It is priced per integration, not per company.

What is the difference between a retainer and an hour block?

A retainer is proactive: we watch the automation, catch errors, and respond first, on a guaranteed timeframe. An hour block is capacity you prepay and draw down as you need it, with no monthly bill. If you only want occasional reactive fixes, the block or per-incident is the cheaper total. If you want it actively minded, the retainer is the fit.

Does a retainer include new features?

No, and that is on purpose. A retainer keeps what is built running: monitoring, break-fixes, credential renewals, and responses when a vendor changes an API. A new feature or a new build is quoted separately as a Custom Automation, and strategy or roadmap work is the AI Adoption Strategy. Keeping the retainer narrow keeps it honest and cheap.

How is the AI operations manager different from a retainer?

A retainer maintains what is already built. The AI operations manager engagement is proactive and advisory: we keep finding and building new automations, train your team as tools change, and advise on where to lean on AI next. It is priced by team size and sold in three-month blocks, and month one is a deep operations assessment. Think of it as a fractional hire rather than a maintenance plan.

Who pays for the software and API costs?

You do, at cost, in your own accounts. We never mark up third-party tools or host your automations on our infrastructure. Whatever an automation costs to run, you see it and it is billed to you directly.

Want a hand looking after it?

Book a call and we’ll figure out what level of support actually makes sense. We won’t push you into a retainer you don’t need.
