We study your trade before we automate it.

A roofing shop and a restoration shop lose money in different places, so a generic automation pitch misses both. We build one assessment per trade, grounded in how that trade actually runs a day and a season, and we put a dollar figure on each leak before we build anything. Here is who we work with so far.

How we research a trade

Every number gets a source. Every source gets a grade.

Before we pitch a trade, we study it. Wage data, industry benchmarks, the software shops already run, and the rules a licensed person still has to sign for. Every figure we publish traces to a named source, and we grade each source before it earns a place in the math.

Sources that fail the grade get thrown out, and each trade page names what we left out and why. Each page below carries the full graded source table for its trade.

The grade scale

  • Government or primary source. Stated as fact.
  • Industry report with published methodology. Cited with its source.
  • Vendor or aggregate stat. Labeled as such, and confirmed against your own numbers before it lands in a deliverable.
